WF-c500

Hi Sony Team,

 

I bought WF-C500 in June 2022 and from last few days the right earbud is not working, its very irritating.

I dont know how to repair it or there is no option to repair it.

Hey @mathewimp, try to reset it then initialize it, if that didn't work you might need to contact Sony: Sony Support Contact

Hi, it's still not working and only use of 1 year it got issue is not good.

I really liked the sound quality but 1 side no sound is very irritating...I have no option then to throw in dustbin.

I'm sorry for that, but in this case, if they're still within the warranty period, you can take them back to the retailer and get a replacement.

If they're out of warranty, you can check with them if they can provide a discounted replacement
