      <title>The input/info banner keeps popping up (no option in settings)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best TV I've ever had. Yet, the input/info banner keeps popping up randomly. I see this is a problem for others as well. The TV is a - SONY-KDL43WF663BU - and there is no option under Channel Settings to turn off the banner (as well as looking everywhere else). The i+ button doesn't do anything at all, when held down or pressed. I connect it to a PC and I've disabled the sound. I've searched for updates and there are none.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for replying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't have a remote with any of those buttons on. The remote is a - rmt-tx300E - model if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems that quite a few people have the same problem. I think it is being passed over to the technical team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;</description>
