HI PEOPLE. IM FROM IRELAND AND BOUGHT A SONY KD49XG8396BU. IT SAID IT HAS A 5 YEAR GUARANTEE BUT WHEN I TRY APPLY FOR IT FROM SONY ONLINE IT ASKS FOR A CODE FROM A GREY CARD. I NEVER GOT WHATEVER CODE THATS MEANT TO COME WITH IT. CAN ANYONE HELP

Hi Johnpg32,

If you haven't been supplied with a small card to activate the warranty, then it should be done automatically.

Anyways, I will try passing this one to my contact at Sony. I hope they'll be in touch with you soon to get this resolved.
