KD-65X9305C will it get the Oreo Update? Verison 8

Hi all, I have been searching everywhere if the KD-65X9305C will get the sony update, but cant find anything on it, the version upgrade goes upto v5.435 which is not the Oreo update. Cant someone help or anyone from sony can confirm? we spend a lot when we first initially buy the TV but I highly doubt Sony should stop the update rolling out 'especially on Android TV's' Many thanks Gurps

Hi @gurpzywurpzy Unfortunately nobody from Sony will confirm if the 2015 TVs will get Oreo as this is a user community (not Sony). However the chances of your TV getting Oreo are probably zero percent. Just Nougat security updates.

Do you think it’s possible to download another version and upgrade the model I have?
Or has anyone made a version of Oreo to work on any android Sony TV..?
