Latest update has removed the option to set up a recordable HDD

My TV 55-XG9505 updated last night and this morning I get the below issues -

IU connect a USB HDD and I don't get an option to set it up as a recording device (this worked previously)

The Satellite and FreeSat guides don't populate any data.

Any advice while I wait on Sony Support?

Please reboot the TV or perform a factory reset. If it doesn't work please get in touch with support.
