Ahoj,

Mám takový problém. 😅 Propojil jsem spolu tato dvě zařízení HT-ZF9 & KD-49X8305C přes HDMI. V menu TV ,když zvolím netflix, soundbar zvuk krásně přehráva.👌 Jakmile ale v menu TV zvolím youtube nebo spotify, soundbar mlčí, nevydá ani hlásku.😣 Kde dělám chybu? V čem je problém? 🤔

I have a problem. 😅 I connected these two HT-ZF9 &KD-49X8305C devices via HDMI. In the TV menu, when I choose netflix, the soundbar sounds play beautifully.👌 But once I choose YouTube or Spotify in the TV menu, the soundbar is silent, it does not make a sound.😣 Where am I making a mistake? What's the problem? 🤔

Are you using ARC or eARC?

Is your HDMI cable connected to the (e)ARC HDMI connection on the TV?

When Spotify is in use, is there no sound anywhere, or does it come from the TV speakers?

What sound format is Netflix passing?

Are Spotify and YouTube trying to pass a sound format that the soundbar cannot handle?

If so, perhaps you can adjust this.

In my opinion I used ARC. I never heard about eARC.
When I used spotify or youtube the sound is nowhere.
I dont know what sound format netflix passing. Where can I find it?

I returned on TV in the factory settings and everything is fine.
