I have tried doing a forced factory reset but it doesnt seem to be working on my Tv.

I tried unplugging it holding down the power button and volume down then turning it back on and the green LED light doesnt appear it just continues in this loop.

Any help would be appreciated , surely if this problem is caused by a faulty update by sony they should accept responsibility and do they honorable thing repair Tv.

Thanks
