Sony xr-77a80j Will not turn on soundbar

Hi i have had my tv for 6 month, now it Can not turn on the Soundbar, i Can se the in menu that it turn the soundbar Off it self, but it does not help to swith it on again i have to make a soft restart and then it works again but next time i turn the tv on if i wait some hours it does not work again

Software is 6070 newest

and i have made a factory reset

Hey @anders234, do you have the Bravia Sync feature enabled on your TV as explained here.

Is the talkback feature enabled on your TV, as this might cause the issue as explained here

Providing us with the model number of the sound bar will help us assist you further as well.

The talkback is off and the Bravia sync is on

Try to switch Bravia sync OFF and ON again, and install the external devices from the settings. Maybe you just need to redo-it.

Hey @anders234, which software version is currently installed on your TV? Is it version 6.6474?

yes it the 6.6474 update now still dont work, if i go into the settings for the hdmi inputs the soundbar turns on its like the hdmi is a sleep
