Hello

I need help please my sony TV KD43X8305C is stuck on a start loop I can not get past the screen to settings...and My remote allow me a few times it has stayed on longer to get to the setting screen then freeze and goes back to start up loop.

I have tried all the remove from socket leave off for a few days pressing the power and volume button nothing has worked.

Any help please without losing my passwords.

By the sound of it your TV has failed in some way, is there. any blinking LEDs when trying to turn on.

When attempting to start the TV up please make sure there are no other devices attached to the TV

so remove any USB sticks/ devices and any HDMI connected devices.

What age is this TV, do you know if it is still under warranty. Some resellers offer a 5 year guarantee.

If it is still under warranty call who you purchased the TV from and arrange a repair.
