      <description>&lt;P&gt;Iplayer will only work through YouView.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;selecting iplayer from Sony Select Menu gives a blank screen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried resets etc but still does not work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sony software is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Factory reset does work but iplayer fails again after a few hours.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;model &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;KD-65XH9505&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Make sure this is the software version on the TV &lt;A href="https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-xh95xx_x95xxh-series-55-65-75-/kd-65xh9505/software/00267389" target="_blank"&gt;v6.5076&lt;/A&gt;, try to force stop the app, then do a soft reset and enable it again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have tried all that and Software is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;factory reset fixes problem but it comes back the next day, presumably as updates are applied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same trouble, there are other posts relating to the same issue here. It seems there are many people with the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure how to force stop the app or find the version number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried all the other things and none of it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
