I recommend that you test the vibration function in the diagnostics tool&amp;nbsp;that's installed in your device. You find it under: Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Diagnostics &amp;gt; Test &amp;gt; Vibration. How does the vibration function behave in this test?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend that you try and reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by one or more of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode. Once your phone is in safe mode, do the diagnostic test again, does the phone vibrate in this mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
