I recommend that you force shutdown your device by holding down the volume up and on/off key&amp;nbsp;simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, then start your device as normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend that you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior is caused by&amp;nbsp;anything software related in your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is no change I'd recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further trouble shooting and repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
