make sure that you have some charge on your battery, connect your phone to the wall charger if the LED doesn't turn on then there might be something wrong with either the micro USB cable or the Charger or the Battery

hard reset is not possible if I not have a computer and internet near smartphone???

{In my old phone (samsung omnia), I must the hold "green" and "red" and power on phone. Phone ask me "Do You format the phone?". After click Yes. System starting recovery from image...

After recovery is done, my system normally starting (blank system with all default settings and apps)}

try this , but don't know if it will work or not
hold POWER key and VOLUME UP key at the same time

5 seconds> restart phone
10 seconds> shutdown phone

did you try above suggesstion ?

press and hold both power key and voulme up key for 5 seconds. and see if your mobile turns on

if it turns on then good, then go to settings> privacy> factory data reset > ok

if nothing happens, unfortunately the option left is first post by uliwooly

there's a way to do a factory reset BUT your phone must work other than that you do need a computer and internet connection

does your phone has any charge left? turn off your phone, take the battery out, put it back on, press the power button does it turn on? does the LED flash RED? if it does flash RED then you need to charge the phone.

Try nabeelarza's suggestions but turn off the phone then press and hold the Volume Up and power at the same time, if that doesn't work try Volume Down if not then try both volume keys and power up, this is assuming that you have at least 50% of your battery

Go to settings -->> Privacy -->> Factory data reset. It will erase all data on your phone and if you wish you may also erase the contents on your SD Card.
