Anyone has battery issue? When battery reduce below 40%

When battery reduce below 40%. It will change battery status from 40% to 1% and then shutdown automatically.

Does has any experience? or know how to fix. Please recommend me.

Charge to 100%. Switch OFF. Keep like this for 10 mins. Switch ON. Most probably charge will be less than 100%, this is due to a small calibration mismatch. Its solved as of now. If you face this too much, repair using sony update service.

I charged 100% every time. It's take the time about 1-1.30 hour to 100%.

Charge to 100 %. Switch off then for 10 mins. And restart. Should solve the issue. Did you do this before?

What you mean "switch off". You mean shutdown phone or unplug the charger?
