Are the spots always visible or do they only occur when using certain applications? Just to double check that you haven't enabled something in the developer options, go to Settings > System > Developer options and turn this off.

Do you still see the white and yellow spots?

I have a same problem. yellow spots all over the screen and it's like permanent spots on screen. I turned off developer option still yellow spots appear on my screen or it's not just appearing in some apps it's appear every apps, home screen and settings.

In your case, the device will need to be examined by a trained technician at one of our authorized service centres.

Your Local support team will assist you further with this as the service routines may differ between markets and they also have the addresses for service centres that you can visit on your own, if there are any in your area.
