Hi @Emy-, sorry to hear about this.

It is Wi-Fi that turns off completely or is it the connection to the network that keeps dropping out and then connects again and then it repeats like this?

If you haven't tried to reset the network settings in your device, I would recommend doing that. You can do so if you go to, Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings > Tap "RESET SETTINGS". Once the reset is done, restart the device.

This will delete any saved Wi-Fi networks and paired Bluetooth devices so you will need to connect to the networks again with the password and pair the Bluetooth devices again if you have any paired at the moment.

Let me know if that helps!

Hi.

My phone won't connect to the wifi anymore. It's loading, finding the wifi but it never stays more than 2secondes. So it's leaving, then coming back, then leaving, then coming back, every 2 or 3 seconds. I tried different wifi at differents places and it still doesn't work.

I never had such problem before.

Sounds serious try this restart your phone and your complete hub (wi fi) then when back on go to settings WiFi available

See your hub touch it quickly firmly. You can then either reset your password if available if not just stay there a while to see if it connects. I'd prefer to re enter password you can find this on your hub
