XC tells me my device is up to date but when I go through the Welcome process I try to set up as new and the device then spends a long time Checking for Updates so far 30 mins without moving on.&nbsp;&nbsp;</P><P>Is this an internet issue, I am in China, or if not how long can I expect this to take until moving to the next step?
