USB connection problem with Win 8.1

I am facing a problem with USB connection of Xperia SP with windows 8.1. It gets connected and PC companion detects my phone. But it drops the connection at regular intervals. I tried re-installing the ADB drivers but didn't help. Also I have latest update of PC companion and recently I upgraded my phone to JB 4.3

I have seen a lot of connection problems of Xperia over forums but neither of them has a firm solution. I am expecting a firm solution to this problem on this forum.

Didn't help! I've already tried these things. It's the same case with MTP as well as MSC.

PC companion detects my phone for some time and it drops again! Also I'm trying to setup the Wi-Fi connectivity and wanted to add my PC to trusted devices. But PC Companion does not respond.

I think there's some serious driver problem with Win8.1

PC companion does have some issues with 8.1,but not in all cases.See if other apps like myphone explorer can find and eplxore your phone normally.

I doubt if it's problem of PC Companion!! Either PC or Mobile, one of them is dropping connection. Because on mobile device I see (In notification) device lost connection and reconnected immediately. On PC, I see PC Companion gets device detected!! It's really weird and frustrating..I am not being able to develope my andriod app!!
