topic I can't group text on my Xperia in X Series

I've simply added multiple people to a message but it sends the message to all the people I add as a separate message, also when ever a friend adds my to a group message every text comes in from the separate contact. I can't see what order they're supposed to be in and I have to go from one contact to the other to see what each one is saying, then I can't reply to the group as a whole. This is extremely frustrating
