It always shows me this message if I want to use Bluetooth.

Can someone help me?

For a start goto settings -> apps & notifications->app info-> 3 dots upper right corner -> show system-> bluettooth -> storage -> clear cache & clear data

Set up bluetooth and see if the problem is over..

If it doesn't solve your problem, ask again.
