Camera and flash doesn't work

Yesterday, i updated my xperia x . It's a usual update i think. Then, after i restarted my phone, my camera doesn't work .And it happens to flash too .

Any solutions?

Can you light the flashlight through the settings menu or with Google assistant by saying: OK Gooogle and then Turn flashlight on

Did you try clearing data and cache from the camera app through settings->apps->camera->storage

Does it happen in safe mode too?

Try some options:

- can you activate flash through the shortcut menu? (swipe down for settings an d finger on dark part swipe down again, there should be a flashlight symbol)

- goto settings ->applications-> tap 3 dots upper right corner->show system-> scroll to camera-> open and goto storage-> clear cache and data

- does it happen in safe mode too?

- did you install third party apps lately?

Facing the same issue. Back camera is not working and flash is disabled.

Looks like it's a factory fafau of XperiaX, I aa hahavintht same problem. I have done everything, evenelost WhatsApp chats in the process

After i have downloaded new update yesterday my rare cam n flash went off

I don't know what is going on with it update of 277mb is also unable to download after 207mb why its not updating i anxious

When you have problems with updating then use Xperia Companion

Good day, both cameras and light don’t work, is only show me a black screen and the app close for error. This happened after update android system to Oreo, 8.0.0, Xperia X F5121

Adding information, I restored the whole phone twice, and in the start only light and frontal camera, works, minutes later don’t.
