Text sending fail x performance

I'm having a huge issue with sending texts out, not much problems receiving them though. My texts keep failing, sometimes it works to restart my phone and try sending again and they go through and sometimes they don't. Spoke with my provider and there isn't any issues with my network and no other member of my house hold with the same provider is having and issue, it's definitely my device. Solutions anyone?

Did you check app permissions?

Did you goto app->storage-> clear data & cache

Did you test with another SIM card

Did you try to reset network settings

Did you check google for solutions?
