      <description>&lt;P&gt;First option is to start in safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch off your device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power on your device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then press vol-down untill the phone vibrates&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You'will land in safe mode&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;To return to normal mode just restart your device&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this behaviour does not occur in safe mode then probably an app in normal mode is causing trouble.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
