      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Hola. Desde q hice la última actualización del software dejaron de funcionar los sensores de iluminación, movimiento. Ya no gira la pantalla. Hice un factory reset y sigue sin funcionar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Alguien podrá ayudarme a resolverlo?&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRIKE&gt;Gracias!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRIKE&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi. Since I made the last update of the software, the lighting, motion sensors stopped working. The screen no longer rotates.       <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the result of testing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Open the support app on your device and you will find tests.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happens in safe mode?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Same results?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screen rotation has 2 settings to influence it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- the auto rotation in the settings of your home screen (long press on the home screen to get there)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- and settings - accessibility - auto-rotate screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are both switched on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tell us please what worked or did not work for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is switched on and nothing works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In safe mode, I still have the same results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of the sensor&amp;nbsp; testings are working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything and nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can can I do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;!!!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you cannot get a response from the sensors I advise t you to get in touch with support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Through settings or through the support app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They will be open again after the weekend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can contact them through phone, mail or chat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest to start with chat so they can guide you what steps to take.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it will be successful on short term.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
