Probably something has come in to the earphone connector of your phone ina way that it stays open.

The phone has the impression that plug is plugged in while the is no phone plug plugged in.

Try to clean the inside of the earphone connector of the phone

As @Strampke mentioned, there could be something inside the audio jack that is causing this and a goo test to do is to open up the FM radio application in the device and check if you still get the message about connecting a headset to the device or not.

You can also press and hold the volume up button to make sure that you have not entered the Do not Disturb mode in your device.

I'm not quite sure that I understand the "even my computer is rebooted" part, could you please elaborate?

To make sure that it's not the software in your device that is the cause of this behaviour, try performing a software repair using Xperia Companion and remember to create a backup, as all data stored on the internal storage will be deleted when performing the repair.
