My mobile battery is slowly charging and it takes about 5 hours to complete. Who can get me help??

First thing is just shut down your device.

Start charging with device off.

Is that better or no difference.

Thanks. This did not fix the problem. Sometimes the charging speed is good, but it is often charged very slowly. This problem has arisen for six months. I tried all the software options 🙁

If so, the best option is to do a software repair with Xperia companion.

Best option there is to start anew, don't restore your old apps, just install the most urgently needed.

It will give you a clean and lean machine, optimised like new.

Hi @Hamid52, sorry to hear about this.

Are you charging the device using a USB port, or with the wall mounted charger that was included with your device? The device will not charge as fast via a USB port as it will when using a wall mounted charger.

If one of your friends, family members or colleagues also have an Xperia device, you can ask them if you can borrow their charger and see if there is any change, just so we can make sure that the charger/cable is the cause of this behaviour.

If I understand correctly, it did not charge faster even when you turned the device off, is that correct? If there is a difference, you can always try and charge the device in safe mode, just so we can see if any downloaded application is the cause of the device not charging as fast as it should.
