Did Sony remove the accordion from the status bar? No longer updated after updating to Android 8.0 Oreo after which my smartphone became a piece of soap. In the latest firmware Sony removed the accordion from the status bar? What is the latest current firmware and Android number?

The latest current firmware should have a time stamp from around September 2018.

I asked users a simple question: have the accordion been removed from the status bar in recent updates? Yes or no? Someone is able to answer such a simple question?

No it hasn't. Only solution is to use provided app and adb for permissions like others have already pointed out to you in other threads also. Since it's end of life device, no more official updates will come.
