      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone is not charging, every time I plug in charging cable, it show sony logo then it say "Software Update Failed! Make sure your phone is connected to computer and try again" and again it repeat.. I have tried Xperia Companion software repair but it is also showing error. How to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Experiments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the cable on another phone and try another cable on your own phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The USB connector on your device can be dirty or broken.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And when the Xperia Companion repair fails, then read &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-perform-a-software-repair-with-Xperia-Companion/m-p/1103090/highlight/true#M28" target="_self"&gt;this FAQ post&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pay attention to 2B, 3 and 4.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
