My phone used to charge no problem on my Samsung wireless Puck, whereas now it just fails and keeps, putting the move phone into centre, etc message up, the charger still works fine with 2 other phones so it appears to be the Xperia phone at fault, has anyone any words of wisdom 🙄

Hello @Hartside,

did you maybe put your Xperia 1m2 into a thicker case or something? If it previously maybe only worked barely it now is too far of the coil to properly work. Can you position it properly at all?

Did you try another wireless charging pad? I can highly recommend the ones from "Anker".

i have 3 pads in the house and the phone failes to charge on all 3 and the case is the same one , i have removed the case and it fails on all 3 pucks still , im not 100% but it might have happened after the 132 update ???

Did you try to test if it will work an original Sony charging plate?

I recommend the wireless charging dock WCH20

I have 3 charging plates I am not buying another just to test, the phone is the one at fault, even with the new, update it refuses to wireless charge on any of the 3 plates, all other phones charge fine on them.... I'm annoyed as the phone charged fine for a couple of weeks, now I have to go through all the hassle of taking if back to the shop.....
