Forgotten password Sony Xperia 1

Hi I cant unlock my phone as I forgot password, Ive already tried hard reset but for some reason key combination(volume up/down+ power key) is not working (no respond for my phone) tried Xperia companion also not working /find my device is off so cant use it either .Are there any other options to unlock my device?

You can forget about unlocking without a clue, the right clue.

In case a phone cannot be recognised then switch it off and charge it.

When don open Xperia Companion and choose software repair.

On the first page of that sequence tick 'device cannot be recognized or is a smartwatch'

Follow the instruction exactly as indicated and your device will be reborn.

I tried this one...is no reaction from XC when I connect my phone ...

Your phone was charged and switched off before starting the procedure?

Did you connect it as explained in the text?

If not successfull try another USB cable.

Hi, yes I did everything as said, program detect my phone but is not moving to next step . Any idea why I cant access recovery mode ? when I hold volume up+ power button phone just vibrating nothing else.

Take a video and upload it on Google or OneDrive so we can see what's going on.

I think the recovery mode option is not available anymore. You can try to troubleshoot the Xperia Companion itself like uninstalling and installing again , and also if possible to test the Xperia companion on another laptop and check if it will work or not.
