https://community.sony.ch/t5/10-series/internet-and-sms-problems-with-x10-plus/m-p/3648577#M1972 <P>Hi all.&nbsp;</P><P>Some month I see problem with internet and sms.&nbsp;</P><P>Location: Moscow, operator: Tele2</P><P>When I try to do something like open webpages or game or any action - phone don't download data, all look like internet connection freeze by 30s-1min and next internet starts work. Very annoying - my operator says that all ok from their side.&nbsp;</P><P>I watch it only with my phone, other operators sim-cards work fine. I think maybe it phone problem?&nbsp;</P><P>I do all actions like check settings, reset device, etc.</P><P>And sometimes i see error 28 when I try to send sms - phone show me that error and sms doesn't send. I check with sony chat support - sns center settings in engineering phone menu - and all ok.</P><P>Somebody have problems like this?&nbsp;</P><P>I don't want to change operator or phone. Maybe you could explain me - how i could collect all phone logs to try to find problem? Maybe I can check logs in engineering menu?
