j'ai acheté il y a 1 mois un sony xperia 10 mais malheureusement je rencontre enormement de soucis avec : beug tout le temps , il est tres long a effectuer les action que je souhaite , si je l'utilise pour un jeu ou faire des photos il chauffe , la batterie se decharge tres vite

~~en gros je suis tres decus de mon achat meme mon vieux telephone sony est plus rapide~~

~~c'est quand meme un investisement a l'achat~~

You mentioned that the battery discharges very quickly. When you have used you device from 100% down to about 10-20%, you can troubleshoot the main causes of your battery drain by going to Settings > Battery > Advanced. Which apps are on top of this list, and at what percentage?

Another thing that you can try is to reboot your phone in safe mode to see if you experience these kind of unwanted behaviours there (long reaction time, battery drain etc). Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode where all apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated, that way you can detect whether the unwanted behaviour is caused by a downloaded app or not.
