Has anybody else come accross a problem with the hdmi not switching the picture on?? I seem to have to reset the amp everything time by turning it off at the mains plug
then back on again, I am running a TiVo box thru the sat/cab input & hdmi A from the amp to a Samsung tv into the arc hdmi, I always get sound but no picture until I turn it off & back on again, can anybody help!!!

Hi there

Every now and then, you do experience HDMI hand-shake issues, of which switching the power off from the wall, cures it. I have a STR-DH820 and experience this issue (not very often now though). However if its a rather regular occurance, try disconnecting one device at a time connected to the AV Reciever and connect it to the TV instead. I used to get issues all the time, until I figured it was my PVR recorder causing it. Connected PVR to the TV, and outputted sound via TV, resolved most of my issues.
