      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have greyed out keys then contact Vaio Link and you are entitled to 5 keys and a PDF outlining instructions on installation of which they will send to you via post and e-mail. As for cleaning you need an old T-Shirt and warm water a tiny teenie amount of detergent and clean in a circular action being careful not to catch the keys with your fingernails.&lt;BR /&gt; &lt;img class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.ch/html/@0248C33DDCF34AA61B8F8F33F5AFA5BE/images/smilies/013.png" alt=":wink:" title=":wink:" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
