      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey im running a vaio AR21s and from time to time i when i shutdown my laptop i get the blue screen saying that an error occured crashed causing windows shutdown to be unsafe something like tht i only get 30 seconds before it reboots, i cant get exactly what the error code is or what it says exactly.....anyone know why this is happening?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;once vista starts i get a message saying windows recovered from a unexpected error!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you got all the latest drivers?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All the information from the BSOD is saved in a dump file but i can't remember where to find it.  If you can find it then it will help find the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ps.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi  a7med_360,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Disable the automatic restart on system failure and you will then be able to read the info on the BSOD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a look &lt;A href="http://www.pctipsbox.com/how-to-disable-the-automatic-restart-on-system-failure-in-windows-vista/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;  for guidance on how to do this.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
