Sony Android TV IR Remote Strange Problem

In the first video, the control does not react, although I press repeatedly. Nothing happen.

In second video, the remote control is very close to TV about 5 cm distance.

When tv remote very close to tv then remote work.

IR Remote dont have any problem .im sure about that because i have 2 remote they both same. i tried Factory reset , installed new firmware and Hard Reset nothing helped. . i only can open tv behind buttons.

Sony W805C . .im on last update 5435

yes i did everything there but nothing helped
