Last May 29 I bought a Sony A77 II machine. The same is working very badly with incorrect exposures, with digital image degradation and most unusable photos. I reported the situation to the Sony dealer and even after several contacts informed me that Sony would contact me, that did not happen despite urgings from the dealer.
The helpline Sony customer washes his hands and as a result, have a bunch of junk they sold me and now nobody wants to know.
Sony treats its customers with complete indifference, interested only sell them.
I bought a Sony dealer directly, but ultimately, when problems arise is worse than buying online.
In the past bought many Sony devices but after this sad experience, not return or recommend to buy Sony.
Sony Portugal is a shame
