Since the most recent update on my kd-49xg9005 tv the bbc iPlayer, itv etc has stopped working. Each time I try to use it I get a blank screen and then an error message. Prime video still works. Have completed a factory reset but still not working. I know older tv’s are no longer able to use this service but tv was purchased in Nov 2019. Any help would be appreciated
