Compatability of SONY KD 43XF80xx with DVD Player

Hi there, 

I am looking to get a compatible DVD player for my mum's SONY KD 43XF80xx TV. We've had some issues finding a compatible one. 

Does anyone know what sort of DVD player we might need? Or what sort of specifications we need to look out for? 

I found the user manual online here which shows on p10 the component parts for consideration - I wonder if I just need to search for these parts when looking for the DVD?

The TV has HDMI ports that you can see on p10, so getting a player that outputs via HDMI is really the only thing you'd need to consider.
