Google play store won’t install any apps and netflix won’t open on sony bravia tv

I have a sony bravia tv model BRAVIA 4k UR3 version 9. I have had this tv for around 8 months now and it has been working great up until 2 days ago when i had a power outage for around 4 hours, after it got fixed i opened up the tv again and it was working but showing me that it was connected to the ethernet cable but no internet connection, all of my apps stopped working except for netflix. I tried everything for my tv to fully work again and even did a factory reset a couple of times until i found out that i had to fix the time settings and when i did that it connected successfully to the internet but now netflix won’t work it shows me an error every time i try to open it “please check network settings to connect to an available network and use netflix (-100)” although i have a network connection. This is not the only thing that isn’t working, my google play store won’t download any apps or install any updates either it says “can’t download, try again, if it still doesn’t work, see common ways to fix the problem https://support.google.com/googleplay/“

i have cleared the cache data and the app data a million times and it still doesn’t work i even did this for netflix and it still isn’t working. All the other apps like youtube and prime video are working just fine. Please help me fix this problem.

Can you double-check the model number from the back of the TV or the Help screen? It should start with KD.
