How to Access Software Update

have a Sony TV. I think it is a Bravia. I am using Sky. A black box has appeared on my screen, bottom right.

There is text: A new software update is available for your TV. Use your TV remote control to select "Show Details".

There is a white box below saying:

Show Details

but I can't find a way to click on this box.

Hi 7EAH5pmw, press OK instead of Navigate or show details and it will update normally.
