Icon removed accidentally

I accidentally removed from the Home Screen the large icon LIVE TV AND CATCH UP - the smaller icon is still there but would like to add the large one. Any ideas how I can do this. Model number is Sony Tv is kd49xh9505

You can add it back by holding the middle button on your remote on any of the big icons at the top, that should give you the option to edit it.
