Hi,
TV is fairly new.
I get "Something Went Wrong" error message on YouTube.
This happens after I switch on the TV. No other apps are running.
This happens fairly frequently.
I tried updating the TV.
Then I went into the App, removed Updates, rebooted and re-installed. It worked, for a while.
Next time though, it failed.
Ive found if I cast YouTube from my phone it can also clear the error, temporarily.
But its happened about ten times now!
Is there a known fix for this?

First thing i noticed was setup was totally different from when I unboxed it a few months ago. Due to linking my phone it was back up in minutes. 😊
At present I've only powered it on a few times, all without issue.
I cant be confident it has resolved till ive had Youtube running error free for a week or so. I shall report back then. Col.

Well it appears fixed.
BTW logging in was a nightmare. I'm never coming here again unless Sony ditch their stupid verification system. It's biased against those with poor eyesight or hearing.
Hi Krebtv , make sure that you have the latest software update! It should be v6.5042.
