Hi, my 18 month old tv has now got multiple horizontal coloured lines on the screen ,  no picture or sound , just happened 2 nights ago , Sony reset doesn't work and neither does the remote control , any advice would be great , attached picture of the screen when I turn on at the wall . Thanks in advance

Have you tried forcing a factory reset?

I'm assuming you don't have anything plugged into the TV apart from power.
