KD-55AG9
My KD-55AG9 Bravia TV has a patch in the centre of the tv about 6 inch round where skin tones turn a yellow/green colour and blonde hair turns a shade of yellowy green any idea what is causing it and can it be fixed, got tv in 2019.

I bought it from Currys

It seems like burn in, nothing that can be solved. If you have a warranty still valid you may try to get a replacement after going through a lot of questions on how do you use your tv

Trying doesn't make any damage, but this is not a software issue imho

Hi, Also since this is Clearly an OLED burn in issue, make sure to try the panel refresh option as it can actually solve it or at least decrease the effect of it a bit.
