Help! new Bravia KD49XH8916 tv apps worked fine. After update, apps had no sound, tv still had sound. Did device reset, fine after. Then suddenly, no sound again.
i don’t want to do Reset every time.
Any solutions? Or hope of new update to solve the problem?
Are you referring to the v6.4960 update? Have you tried clearing the cached data instead of resetting? (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data)
