Since the last update on kd55xh8096bu the sound has been out of sync and everything is unwatchable anyone else having this issue?
Have you done a factory reset after the update?
If not I would recommend to do so.
Why would I need to factory reset though?
Wouldn't that just erase everything I have on the tv and then make me reinstall the same update?
Yes, it will erase all your settings on the TV.
No, it won’t make you reinstall the same update, as this will survive the reset.
(If you think about it, if updates got deleted, it would bust the software right back to the model year you bought the TV from).
