KDL-40RE453 can't connect to internet

My TV was connected to the internet but since we moved I can't connect anymore. It says I am connected to my router by adsl cable but no content. I am trying to connect automatically. I have manually changed the IP address but still won't connect. Everything I have read tells me to select reset network settings but I don't seem to have this feature, only auto/manual, check internet connection. Will I have to do a factory reset and start afresh?

I used the link provided, downloaded the file to usb stick and updated to the latest firmware version.  It works as before but what a lot of bother it's been.
