Hi. I have the SONY Bravia KD49XH9505BU, bought it about 2 weeks ago. At first it was fantastic and watching things in Dolby Vision (Disney+) was incredible. However, since an update was installed 24th Feb, Dolby Vision is no longer available when watching Disney+. The picture is nowhere near as good as it was. I have restored factory settings, rebooted my router and SkyQ box and nothing has worked. I think I may have to send it back. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks.
@Ryanh75 Since you have the app on the TV, there's no "issue" per se. If you're absolutely sure it was working on Sky Q before, try reaching out to Sky support for a confirmation.
I don't use the app myself, so unless Sky support reports differently, I'm inclined to agree with @Bydandie 's opinion.
