Can Anyone Pease Please Please share with me a telephone number to ring Sony ??
I did call them Monday, now that telephone number wont work from my phone and if i try to use the Ai chatbot it only shows the previous input and wont let me start a new chat to get support.
Im frustrated and angry and feel like im being ignored and messed about.
Does anyone have a number?

Has anyone had a problem with an 8 year-old set that constantly buffers now that I have increased my Wi-Fi to 65 megabits. You tube, Netflix and web browser work perfectly so the problem is with the TV apps (I player, ITV player etc.) which I can find no way of updating. Connecting via Ethernet made no difference. Sony rep at a local store could only suggest that the software was no longer maintained.
Any ideas?
Hi @Castleman I suspect your Sony Rep is correct, like everything the latest Apps need more power/memory then old hardware can support. However, all is not lost. Why not buy a Roku or Fire TV stick and add on the latest hardware for about £30-40.
